We have the following classes that are FREE to our members are instructed by Certified Personal Trainers:
*Cardio Kickboxing Mon and Wed 6am, as well as Tues and Thurs 6:30pm ( approx 50 minutes)
*Ab Sculpting Saturdays at 9:30 am ( approx 25 minutes)
*Boot Camp Saturdays at 10:30am ( approx 35 minutes)
and
*GIRLS ONLY BOOTY CAMP Saturdays 8am. ( approx 1 hour)
