FROM NORTH - GARDEN STATE PARKWAY: Garden State Parkway south to Exit 163 - Take route 17 South

FROM GW BRIDGE: Take Route 80 West to 17 South (Note Take Route 80 Local exit not express)

FROM ROUTE 80 (EAST OR WEST): From East or West follow to Route 17 south

FROM TURNPIKE SOUTH: Take Turnpike North to exit 16W - Take Route 3 - follow to 17 north

FROM SOUTH - GARDENSTATE PARKWAY: Take Garden State Parkway North to Exit 153a - take route 3 East to 17 North

Going 17 North
Go to West union Ave. to jug handle, cross 17 to stop sign and a make right onto Hackensack St. Make left at next coner (Orchard St.) and left at next stop sign. (VanWinkle St.) 1 block to gym.

Going 17 South
Take Union Ave. exit and veer right. At stop sign make right onto Hackensack St. Make first left onto Orchard street At first stop sign make a left onto VanWinkle St. 1 block to gym.
